Restaurant Manager (Food Loft)

Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for the operations and services in terms of food and beverage in restaurant, including delivering high-quality menu, and maintaining restaurant’s revenue and profitability, to support food and beverage operations, satisfy customers’ expectation, and achieve goals and objectives of the organization

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement directions to overall restaurant operations, including food production and delivery, order taking, equipment preparation, and operating cost, to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations, and satisfy customer needs
  • Respond to customer complaints fast and accurately to satisfy customers efficiently
  • Manage restaurant’s good image to ensure overall profitability of the restaurant
  • Monitor scheduling shifts for staffs in restaurant
  • Monitor preparation of the kitchen wares, utensils, and other equipment to maintain in good quality and ready for use
  • Coordinate with related team and functions, including front and back of the house operations, to provide advice or problem solving about restaurant operations
  • Control making summary reports of overall restaurant operations and expenses to propose to the direct supervisor and improve the performance of staffs


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have great understanding about food and beverage service, and restaurant management
  • Have good personality
  • Have service mind and good manners
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have leadership, motivational, and people skills
