Job Purposes

        Participate in setting up plans, strategies and policies about human resource information system, develop and monitor human resource information system operations and operating cost, along with providing advice and recommendations to solve problems properly, to align with organization’s goals, objectives, policies and support the operations effectively

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Participate in setting up plans, strategies, policies, and overall ideas about human resource information system, including annual budget and operating cost, in order to align with organization’s policies and objectives
  • Monitor and manage overall human resource information system, to support the operations and performances aligning with the plans
  • Plan and monitor the assessment of human resource information system operations to ensure accurate and effective operations and develop the performance
  • Monitor making summary reports of overall human resource information system to propose to the supervisor
  • Understand rules and policies about human resource information system to be able to provide advice to employees
  • Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
  • Understand human resource management and information system management
  • Have skill in management
  • Have good computer skills especially in technical system
  • Have good Thai and English communication skills
  • Be able to coordinate
