HR Business Partner Manager

Central Silom Tower

Responsibilities :

  1. Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and management in the business units.
  2. Provide a professional and strategic consultancy and advisory service to executives, management and staff in full spectrum of HR functions.
  3. Implement strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on business objective and direction.
  4. Manage and control manpower planning, coordinate and perform staffing strategy and responsible for the on-boarding process. 
  5. Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, individual development plan, career development, disciplinary actions)
  6. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  7. Generate HR reports and assist in ad hoc HR projects as assigned. 


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
  • At least 5 years working experience as HRBP or HR generalist in managerial level.
  • Experience working with senior leaders, providing coaching and feedback, demonstrating courage in taking a stand and ability to influence required.
  • Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
  • Sound HR knowledge and skills and proven ability to apply them in varied situations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Thai and English.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skill, Labor Laws.
  • Food & Beverage experience highly preferred.
