General Manager - Customer Data

 

Responsibilities:

  • To develop a comprehensive multi-channel CRM campaigns to segment, retain and win back customers with personalized and targeted communication
  • Develop CRM program to build profitable, long-term customer relationships that drive customer retention and incremental sales to the brand
  • Responsible for all regular data management processes and work closely with The 1card / Customer Team to ensure the necessary customer data is available to act on insight.
  • Optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation.
  • Be a CRM subject-matter expert on customer data, data architecture and new ways of executing CRM program 

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years direct experience in CRM. 
  • Experience must include a combination of CRM/Database, Marketing, and Market Analysis, and a blend of proven strategic and tactical capabilities
  • Multi-channel retail industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Exhibits strong analytical skills in addition to knowledge of analytical or database software, particularly CRM or business intelligence systems.
  • Excellent skills in Excel
  • Passionate about managing data to find actionable business insights.
