Franchise Acquisition & Coordinator

Job Purposes

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Recruit franchisee and monitoring all related procedures

  •  Locate, qualify, and assess potential franchise candidates
  • Assure accomplishment of team goals through excellent individual Performance and collaborative Performance within the team for all assigned duties
  • Maintain effective relationships with applicants, potential franchisees, and franchisees as a trusted Office Mate’s representative
  • Show Care for People by being positive and responsive, ensuring the needs of franchise applicants, franchisees, and employees are met
  • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, exhibiting a Sense of Urgency while maintaining accuracy of records and data.
  • Detail oriented and accurate Performance, with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Sales Performance Efficiency and Evaluation

  • Manage and execute sales processes
  • Monitor overall performance of franchisee store
  • Establish a strong rapport with all prospects
  • Ensure the representation of the Office mate vision and values are communicated and understood

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor Degree or higher in related field

  •  Ability to meet the demands of multiple projects and deadlines effectively with a minimum amount of supervisior
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong inter-personal skills and works well with teams and independently on key projects
  • Positive attitude with internal employees and external stakeholders.
