Financial Analysis Manager

Job Purposes

Provide support to set up plans, strategies and policies about financial activities, including tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury, along with developing and monitoring finance operations and operating cost, to align with regulations, accounting principles, and standards of the organization’s short and long-term financial goals

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Create professional presentations and spreadsheets from different source data and inputs
  • Calendar management. Acting as primary liaison between internal and external contacts when coordinating meetings and events Responsible for planning and executing on specialized projects as assigned.
  • Compiles, maintains and processes required information for Finance Director
  • Employs a professional demeanor as a liaison for the department with internal and external contacts and communicates appropriately both verbally and in writing.
  • Shares and collects information with/from organization staff and management for the purpose of work coordination, problem resolution, and information sharing.
  • Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers
  • Exercises discretion by determining importance of issues, when and if to refer them, managing scheduling priorities, completing autonomous projects etc.
  • Work is varied and performed with minimal supervision. Is proactive and utilizes extensive experience and understanding of operations, policy and procedure to interpret and resolve complex issues to alleviate unnecessary burdens from the CFO.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (business, finance, science, engineering)
  • Masters Degree in business, finance is a plus
  • 6+ years in the business area
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations, storytelling ability
  • Team oriented, goals oriented, and flexible with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving results
  • Proficient at and enjoys multi-tasking in role
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Anticipates executives’ administrative needs; proactively identifies and recommends actions to meet those needs
  • Seeks out additional responsibilities and takes personal initiative to drive positive change
