Job Purposes

Participate in setting up ideas, plans, and policies for management of events, public relation, and marketing activities, including follow up movement of the opponents, examine and evaluate activities to support the operations aligning with organization goal, objectives, and policy effectively

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Participate in setting up ideas, concepts, plans, and directions for public relation and marketing activities to increase customer base and drive gross sales and income of branch and organization
  • Follow up opponent movement in terms of price and marketing situation and negotiate product price for events to ensure effectiveness and quality of the operations aligning with organization needs and current situation
  • Develop and improve events, public relation, and marketing activities to ensure effective policy and operations to support organization needs and current situation
  • Evaluate marketing activities and public relation, including making summary report to propose to the direct supervisor to improve the operations and satisfy customer needs effectively
  • Lead the analysis of gross sales, profit and loss, and other useful marketing information to manage in marketing activities and public relation effectively
  • Manage operating cost in marketing activities and public relation cost-effectively aligning with organization plans and objectives
  • Understand rules, regulations, and policies or marketing, events, and public relations to provide advice to subordinates and response to questions appropriately
  • Keep up to date with new technology and knowledge, as well as relevant laws and rules to apply in work effectively
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related filed
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of responsible experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
  • Have strong understanding in marketing related to organization business
  • Have good English skills
  • Have good computer skills
  • Have strong communication and coordination skills
  • Be creative
