Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for the operations of planogram, including analyzing product category map, designing and preparing product facing, along with providing advice and recommendations to team, to satisfy customers and support gross sales, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor analyzing product category map and designing product placement on shelves following standards and agreement of business partners to attract customer and support gross sales effectively
  • Analyze competitor’s product display techniques and department layouts to benchmark best practices and bring new innovative display concepts and ideas to our company
  • Determine correct product facings to ensure planogram holding capacity, customer satisfaction, and optimizing sales
  • Monitor preparation of planograms and seasonal aisles for review process
  • Coordinate with partners and related team and functions to support for the agreement of planogram preparation
  • Take care and advise planogram staffs to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have knowledge about planogram or product management
  • Have strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Be able to coordinate
  • Have planning, analyzing, prioritizing skills
  • Have computer skills, especially excel, word, access and space management software applications
