Job Purposes

Responsible for food production on a day-to-day basis to achieve set food quality and food safety targets

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general preparation and completion for daily particular production to maintain food quality and food safety levels for restaurants and banquets
  • Operate in internal material ordering system to meet ordering requirements from customers
  • Forecast weekly usages for raw materials to ensure effective preparation and production
  • Organize and coordinate in daily issues and daily sequence of production runs to ensure effective and accurate operations
  • Involve in product development trials and new product launches to enhance productivity in food and beverages following health and safety standards
  • Deal with deliveries and stock rotation to prepare ingredients and materials for food production
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned


  • Vocational or bachelor’s degree
  • Understand food safety and quality management systems
  • Have service mind and good manners
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be responsible and enthusiastic
  • Be detail-oriented
