Audio Category Management Division Manager

Job Purposes

360 degrees position, you will work in all aspects of your category (Audio) including marketing, brands management, supplier’s management, purchasing plan, business development and finance.
 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage overall category performance, define and implement strategies.
  • Be responsible for performance tracking and provide detailed reports.
  • Handle brand management, including brand agreement and negotiation.
  • Plan and execute product launch.
  • Supervise store management: floorplan management, store opening and renovation, as well as planogram

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Dynamic person with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Be creative and innovative

  • Quick learner with can-do attitude; strong professional ethics; proactive in solving problems;

Additional Information

Your role in details:

  • Build, strengthen and manage relationship with suppliers (international brands)
  • Full P&L responsibility for your category, including revenue, margin & other supplier income
  • Develop category and subcategory strategies, manage pricing, sales and promotions, campaigns, to drive sales and profit margin
  • Implement brand strategy and plan to all aspects of products and marketing activities to ensure goal achievement of each brand
  • Work with Marketing team to develop high quality and effective marketing materials to align with brand strategy and promotion preparation
  • Work with online Marketing team and monitor overall operations of digital marketing, including development of a distinct online presence through social media, and integration of content marketing strategies to the channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Line
  • Participate in managing budget and operating cost for advertising and promotional items to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Order Planning : Coordinate order forecast with sales team
  • Manage Sales Team and monitor sales performance on all distribution channels in Thailand
  • Review sales performance of each account to determine action plan to meet or exceed account sales target
  • Drive business development activities for new accounts
  • Drive reseller negotiations for retail floor space and establish brands presence in strategic point of sales through merchandizing assets
  • Drive business improvement by analyzing and interpreting data
