Job Purposes

Control goods receiving and delivery, including control staff operations and goods movement in receiving, checking, price tagging, and documenting, to ensure effective and fast operations

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Schedule worktime for goods receiving appropriately to ensure effective operations
  • Control goods receiving and delivery operations, including staff standards, price tagging, traffic and safety management, and goods returned to vendors, to support the operations of the organization effectively
  • Plan for loss prevention measures to maintain goods from warehouse as much as possible
  • Maintain tools and equipment in department in good condition to prepare for use appropriately
  • Control and examine documents, including receiving records, transfer orders, to prepare for tracking and prevent corruption
  • Manage delivery problem note to submit to relevant functions for solution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
  • Have knowledge and understanding in goods receiving system, especially JDA, BPA
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Have skills of planning and making decision
  • Have communication skills, including English skills
  • Be delicate and enthusiastic
