Manager, Asset Feasibility & PMO

Job Purposes

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and review financial feasibility studies and business cases for asset enhancement projects and new investment projects to support investment decisions.
• Assess financial assumptions, investment returns, risks, and scenarios, and provide recommendations to management.
• Analyze asset performance, operational metrics, and financial results to identify improvement opportunities and support asset planning.
• Establish and continuously improve feasibility and PMO frameworks, processes, templates, and reporting standards.
• Monitor key asset initiatives across progress, budget, scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables, highlighting key issues requiring management attention.
• Coordinate with Asset Management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, drive agreed actions and ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare management reports, analyses, and executive updates to support performance reviews and decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives related to asset enhancement, operational efficiency, customer experience, digital transformation, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in feasibility analysis, asset management, business strategy, project management, property development, or related areas
• Experience in shopping mall renovation, refurbishment, asset enhancement, or commercial property improvement projects is highly preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project planning, PMO frameworks, and performance monitoring.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
