About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead the Content Product at Central Pattana. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our app focusing on enhancing user experience, driving growth and aligning product strategies with our business goals

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to create user-friendly and scalable digital products
• Define and track metrics to measure product success and iterate based on feedback
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to support product development efforts
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and preferences to drive product innovation and improve user experience

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience Digital Product Management
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field. Master’s degree in a related field is a strong plus.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from concept to delivery
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and best practices in product management
• Passion for innovation and user-centric mindset to drive product excellence
• Fluency in English and Thai is a must.
