Tenant Relation Team Leader 1

Job Purposes

Control overall operations in term of tenant relation, including building and maintaining relationship with tenants following property management strategies to advance retail revenue, profitability, operations, and sustainability

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and manage tenant-related data including sales reports, rental data, and area utilization from internal systems and tenants

• Ensure accuracy and reliability of tenant sales data by category, brand, and zone within the shopping mall

• Analyze tenant performance using key metrics such as sales per square meter, sales by category, sales trends, and area productivity

• Identify high-performing and underperforming tenants and categories to support tenant mix and leasing strategy

• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management review and decision-making

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports, including forecasting and variance analysis

• Support annual budgeting and rental revenue forecasting using historical sales and productivity data

• Work closely with Leasing, Tenant Partnership, Finance, and IT teams to align and improve tenant data systems

• Use data insights to support discussions and negotiations with tenants, particularly during lease renewal processes

• Participate in tenant performance reviews and provide data-backed recommendations on space utilization and rental discussions

• Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Economics, or related fields

• Experience in Data Analyst or Business Analyst roles, preferably in retail, shopping mall, or commercial real estate

• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools

• Strong analytical thinking with a commercial and business mindset

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across Leasing, Finance, and Operations teams

• Experience in tenant coordination or lease-related discussions is an advantage
