Job Purposes

Control day-to-day operations of displays and store environments following the standard, to align with visual strategy and plan, and achieve organization’s goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Control day-to-day operations of visual merchandising and display areas to ensure quality of merchandise categories, following display and visual merchandising standards and guidelines to support brand strategy and ensure visual merchandising alignment with brand principals
• Apply visual directive set for the locations under responsibilities to develop visual merchandising operations
• Coordinate with related team and functions to create mutual understanding in operations to improve and solve problems
• Manage and monitor seasonal scheme and promotion activities, as well as the development of style and market awareness, to support the gross sales of the organization
• Control making summary reports of overall visual merchandising under responsibility to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of the team
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
• Have knowledge in visual merchandising
• Have communication and influencing skill
• Be able to coordinate
