Team Leader, Branch Marketing
Job Purposes
Control marketing activities and initiatives for branch, including creating and executing events and campaigns to maximize shopper traffic, customer experience, reputation, growth and profitability, following marketing strategies and plans
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Control overall marketing activities and initiatives for branch, including branding and image, events, internal and external media, and content management to align with organization objectives and support sales achievement
- Control creating and presenting branch marketing campaigns, events, tourist campaign, and relevant sales promotion activities to maximize customer experience, growth, and profitability
- Control and develop digital marketing communication, advertising media, and public relations for branch to publicize and deliver specific messages to customers
- Participate in development of strategic marketing directions for branch including integrating marketing communications direction and plan to optimize long-term success, focusing on customer experience, growth, and profitability
- Coordinate with tenants to set strategic directions and business plans for marketing event development to enhance brand images of branch and tenant shops
- Develop solutions and identify and generate opportunities for retail tenants to achieve sales target
- Build and maintain relationship with tenants in branch, including develop policy for branch advertising and public relations to promote tenant business and increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with partnership in business model development and sponsorship acquisition to manage and develop events and campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
- Have strong communication skills
- Have computer and technology familiarities
- Have analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Be very detailed-oriented
