Sustainable Development Management 1

Job Purposes
Participate in setting up plans, strategies, and policies for sustainable development, including developing and implementing internal and external social impact activities, to demonstrate social and environmental responsibilities, aligning with objectives and business plans
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in setting up annual budget and directions of sustainable development to implement and support the operations effectively
- Ensure implementation of sustainable development strategies across the company to lead business operations in accordance with environmental concerns and regulations
- Oversee overall operations related to sustainable development, including developing sustainable development programs and civil society engagement, to ensure effective operations aligning with environmental regulations and concerns
- Assess current operational practices to develop or change plans for new operational policies and practices to support sustainable development effectively
- Manage the research for sustainable development to develop and improve organization practices effectively
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure implementation of sustainable development strategies throughout the organization
- Monitor making summary reports of sustainable development operations to improve team performance
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of responsible experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
- Have knowledge in business administration or environmental science
- Have communication skills
- Have computer skills
- Have interpersonal skill
- Be creative
