Store Sales & Operations Team Leader 2
Job Purposes
Manage and implement directions to monitor and develop operations and product sales in the store and areas under responsibility, including payment service and product recommendation, to support operations in the store and targeted gross sales, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement store policies and directions to monitor overall operations in store, including shelf organizing, price tags, and documents related to product delivery or return to ensure effective operations aligning with standards and rules
- Monitor product sales directly in the store, including providing advice and recommendations for specific and technical products, to support and increase sales volume of the store
- Plan and manage shifts to prepare sales and operation staffs appropriately to support business plans
- Monitor payment service in the store to support store operations and satisfy customer needs
- Manage, examine, and organize inventory and storage in front and back to prepare for sale and prevent loss to align with standards, and ensure effective, fast, and accurate operations
- Monitor analyzing customer information to build, maintain, and develop relationship
- Take care and advise sales and operation staffs to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
- Have good personality
- Have service mind and good manners
- Have communication skills
- Be responsible and enthusiastic
