Sales Manager (GO! Hotel สุวรรณภูมิ)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement property-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

  • Manage key tourist, leisure, corporate group accounts to maximize business opportunities.

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through market research, sales calls, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, and Front Office to optimize room allocations and pricing.

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.

  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management.

  • Lead and mentor Sales Executives/Coordinators to drive team performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key accounts.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and hotel sales software.

  • Highly motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
