Sales Manager (GO! Hotel สุวรรณภูมิ)
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement property-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

Manage key tourist, leisure, corporate group accounts to maximize business opportunities.

Identify and pursue new business prospects through market research, sales calls, and networking.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
-
Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, and Front Office to optimize room allocations and pricing.

Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.

Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management.

Lead and mentor Sales Executives/Coordinators to drive team performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key accounts.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and hotel sales software.
-
Highly motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
