Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Coordinate and manage sales inquiries, leads, and customer requests.

  • Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, F&B) for seamless service delivery.

  • Prepare and analyze regular sales reports to track performance against targets.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Manage sales documents, contracts, and records with confidentiality.

  • Perform routine office tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred).

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Prior experience in hospitality sales or administrative support is an advantage.
