Sales Coordinator (GO! Hotel สุวรรณภูมิ) )
Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Coordinate and manage sales inquiries, leads, and customer requests.

Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, F&B) for seamless service delivery.

Prepare and analyze regular sales reports to track performance against targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns.

Manage sales documents, contracts, and records with confidentiality.

Perform routine office tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred).

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Prior experience in hospitality sales or administrative support is an advantage.
