Reservation Supervisor (GO! Hotel สุวรรณภูมิ))
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily reservation operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in bookings.

Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, and special requirements with professionalism.

Manage room inventory, rates, and allocations in coordination with Revenue and Front Office teams.

Train, guide, and support reservation staff to maintain service standards.

Monitor and respond to online booking channels, OTAs, and direct reservations.

Prepare reports on reservations, occupancy trends, and booking performance.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

Ensure guest information is recorded accurately and confidentially.

Handle escalated guest issues or complaints with prompt resolution.

Implement reservation policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (PMS/CRS) and MS Office.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Prior experience in reservations or front office with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
