Reservation Supervisor (GO! Hotel สุวรรณภูมิ))

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily reservation operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in bookings.

  • Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, and special requirements with professionalism.

  • Manage room inventory, rates, and allocations in coordination with Revenue and Front Office teams.

  • Train, guide, and support reservation staff to maintain service standards.

  • Monitor and respond to online booking channels, OTAs, and direct reservations.

  • Prepare reports on reservations, occupancy trends, and booking performance.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Ensure guest information is recorded accurately and confidentially.

  • Handle escalated guest issues or complaints with prompt resolution.

  • Implement reservation policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (PMS/CRS) and MS Office.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Prior experience in reservations or front office with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
