Job Purposes
Perform daily operations of property management and development in areas under responsibilities, including leasing, analysis, and development for both of current and new facilities and buildings, to support business operations effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible in management processes for company facilities and buildings, including leasing, to support organizational operations effectively
- accumulate data of property management and development, and construction rules, to provide for research for each property benefit improvement and maximizing
- Manage arrangement, schedules, and documentation for development of facilities and buildings to support property management and development
- Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions in operations of property development
- Participate in making reports to summarize overall property management and development to propose to the direct supervisor
Qualifications
- Vocational or bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 0-3 years’ experience in related field
- Understand business administration, and property management, development, and setup
- Have communication and coordination skills
- Have good computer skills
