Job Purposes
Perform overall operations in terms of property management in areas under responsibility, including areas and facilities management, and leasing, to support the operations effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform overall property management, including leasing, to support organizational operations effectively
- Provide supervision to manage areas and facilities management in areas under responsibilities to ensure effective operations
- Accumulate and manage important data of property management to improve the operations effectively
- Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions in operations
- Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
- Make summary reports of overall property management to propose to the direct supervisor
- Provide coaching and recommendations to property management team to improve skills in work
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience in related field
- Have great understanding in business administration and property management
- Have skill of management and communication
- Have service mind
- Have good computer skills
- Be able to coordinate
