Job Purposes
Participate in setting up plans, strategies, and policies for property management in areas under responsibility, including facilities management, leasing, and new location seeking, following the standards to meet company’s expansion plan effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in setting up annual budget and directions of property management to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization
- Lead expansion plans for both metropolitan and upcountry locations to achieve the store opening to contribute company reaching the sales
- Lead and direct overall property management, including leasing, to support organizational operations effectively
- Monitor and examine areas and facilities in areas under responsibilities to ensure effective operations
- Manage and examine analysis of necessary data of property management to support new location making decision effectively
- Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions in operations
- Monitor making summary reports of overall property management to propose to the direct supervisor
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of responsible experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
- Have great understanding in business administration and property management
- Have skill of management and communication
- Have service mind
- Have good computer skills
- Be able to coordinate
