Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for the operations of secretaries under responsibility, including liaison and coordination with internal and external organization in accumulating information and documents, making appointments for the executives, along with managing cost and supply disbursement to support the operations effectively aligning with organization’s goals, objectives, and policies

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement the directions to overall secretary operations to facilitate the executives and support business operations
  • Monitor and manage overall documents, appointments and mails as assigned to support the executives
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external organization to create mutual understanding in operations and facilitate the executives
  • Monitor and examine clarifying, recommending, and summarizing the minutes as assigned to support the operations efficiently aligning with organization’s needs and situation
  • Monitor and manage supply disbursement to facilitate the executives and staffs
  • Take care and advise secretaries and secretary supervisors to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have communication and coordination skills
  • Be delicate and cautious
  • Have good personality
  • Have good Thai and English skills
  • Have good computer skills
