Oversee the overall day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service delivery.
Manage and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and outsourced operations to maintain operational standards.
Ensure guestrooms, public areas, and hotel facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Handle guest complaints, service recovery, and online guest feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction and hotel reputation.
Lead, coach, and develop the operations team, including manpower planning, staff scheduling, and performance management.
Monitor and control operational expenses, labor cost, and departmental productivity in line with approved budget and targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, health & safety procedures, and local legal regulations.
Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
