Key Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct financial modeling for M&A, project feasibility and business valuation for property development including shopping centers, residential, hotel and mixed-use projects

• Perform project evaluation, due diligence and transaction to evaluate potential of investment for international shopping centers

• Coordinate with financial institutions, investors and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution or debt restructuring and maintain good relationships with them

• Contribute to financial planning and decision-making at the top executive level to develop and implement financial strategy that aligns with the company's long-term business goals

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Investment, Corporate Finance or related fields

• Minimum 3 years’ experience of Investment banking experience with deal execution experience in M&A and IPO

• Experience in banking or advisory firm is a must

• Strong proficiency in financial model and projection

• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

• Excellent in English both spoken and written
