Marketing Team Leader 1

Job Purposes

Control the operations of overall marketing, including providing advice, recommendations, and problem solving about marketing to marketing team, and coordinating with related functions, to support the operations effectively aligning with organization’s needs and situation, and achieve objectives and policies of the organization

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Control and manage the operations of marketing, including advertising, public relations, events and sale promotions, to support the business operations aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
• Support information to set up policies and strategies for development of marketing rules and processes to improve marketing performance effectively and ensure better organizational marketing operations compared to the opponents
• Follow up marketing movement and situation of the opponents to participate in setting up creative marketing strategies and policies and achieve organization goals and policies effectively
• Provide coaching and recommendations about overall marketing operations to subordinates to improve skills in work
• Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in marketing operations
• Control making summary reports of overall marketing operations to propose to the supervisor
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
• Have great understanding in marketing system related to organization business
• Have good English skills
• Have good computer skills
• Have good communication skill
• Be able to coordinate
