Job Purposes

Manage and implement the organization's recruitment strategy to fill job vacancies with candidates who best match the needs of the position and the business, including providing advice and problem solving in recruitment operations, to support organization's recruitment process effectively and equitably, aligning with organization’s objectives and goals

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Direct the organization's recruitment activities in order to ensure the best candidates are selected and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards
  • Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment and reward strategies and adapt existing recruitment activities to changing market conditions
  • Monitor preparation of internal and external job advertisements, job descriptions, offer materials, and other related documents, to provide important information to potential candidates and support recruitment operations aligning with business plans and recruitment rules
  • Monitor and manage contacting candidates, interview, test, reference check, and candidate selection following recruitment policy and support human resources of the organization 
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues to attract potential candidates and provide information about the organization
  • Coordinate with internal and external organization, including external recruitment agencies to support recruitment operations effectively
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have knowledge in Human Resources Management
  • Interviewing skill and recruitment techniques
  • Have communication skills
  • Have good personality
