Manager, Leasing Non-Food 2-1

Job Purposes
Drive leasing growth by acquiring and managing Non-Food, optimizing tenant mix, and maximizing occupancy and rental revenue.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and negotiate with prospective tenants in the Specialty Retail category, including Education, IT & Technology, Banking & Financial Services, Clinics, Healthcare, and other service-based businesses, to achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.

Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including tenant sourcing, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, lease renewals, and contract execution.

Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimize the specialty tenant mix, maximize rental income, and enhance the overall shopping destination.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, business partners, and key industry stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging service businesses to identify new leasing opportunities.

Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Tenant Services to support new store openings and tenant success.

Prepare leasing reports, sales forecasts, and market analyses to support business planning and decision-making.

Ensure leasing activities comply with company policies, commercial terms, and legal requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Leasing, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales, preferably in shopping malls, commercial properties, or service-related businesses.

Strong network with Specialty Retail and Service providers, such as Education Centers, IT & Technology, Banking & Financial Services, Clinics, Healthcare, Fitness, Beauty Services, Telecommunications, and other service-oriented brands.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to achieve leasing targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Good command of English is an advantage
