Manager, Hotel Business Development

Job Purposes
Participate in setting up plans, strategies, and policies for business development including implement and control all activities, identify potential business development opportunities, along with design and oversee feasibility studies to assess their viability, to meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute business strategies, while identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and land analysis, evaluating business risks and their implications on project viability.
- Analyze target customer segments, competitive landscape, market channels, and define project branding/tiering strategies.
- Research and evaluate business opportunities to support strategic business development initiatives.
- Define the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) for new developments and major renovations, crafting a “winning strategy” to stay ahead of competitors.
- Develop business models and assess financial viability through comprehensive financial analysis.
- Collaborate closely with project design teams on concept development and thematic direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Feasibility Analysis, or related functions.
- Experience in the Hospitality industry is a strong advantage
- Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
