Manager, Digital Marketing
Job Purposes
Manage and implement strategies and directions to the operations of graphic designers in designing layout and art work, including editing and coordinating with related units to set up ideas and formats of art work aligning with the objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the presentation of ideas and formats of advertising, including designing lay out to present to Creative Group Head for selecting the best work
- Manage the operations of graphic designers in creating and designing art work in accordance with marketing plans, selecting and editing the best work to support marketing art effectively
- Coordinate in details with Creative Group Head, copywriter, and AE to work aligning with work objectives within specific time
- Proofread printed media and submit to related units to check before publishing
- Control making summary reports of overall graphic design to improve the performance of graphic designers
- Keep up to date with current marketing trends to improve the performance of the team
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
- Have computer skills, especially graphic design software
- Be creative
