Job Scope:
Provide support to set up plans and policies to monitor and manage machine and building maintenance to ensure good condition, including participate in planning for budget and operating cost to support maintenance operations effectively aligning with organization objectives and policies
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support to set up plans, policies, and directions for maintenance operations and manpower in all cases, including follow up and examine staff performance to develop and improve the operations effectively
- Lead plans of maintaining machines and system maintenance in good condition, including maintenance of internal and external areas, to ensure operations cost-effectively
- Monitor supplier operations in maintenance to follow the conditions
- Plan for power saving such as electric, water, and gas, to ensure effective operations
- Plan and manage budget and operating cost within department to align with organization objectives and policies
- Manage and monitor tools and equipment to prepare for use and prevent loss appropriately
- Coordinate with relevant teams and functions to support effective maintenance and documentation for machines and equipment
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil engineering) or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of machine maintenance and building management in related field and 1-3 years of team management
- Have knowledge and skills in maintenance of machines and building systems
- Have problem-solving and determining skills
- Have communication and coordination skills
- Be delicate
- Have service mind
