Key Roles and Responsibilities
Job Purposes
Drive retail success through strategic leasing, tenant planning, market analysis, and merchandising strategies for dynamic shopping mall projects.
Qualifications

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Leasing, Marketing, Construction, and Property Management to support shopping mall projects and business operations.

Support mall development, renovation, and asset enhancement projects to ensure alignment with business strategy, tenant mix, and mall positioning.

Monitor project progress, operational readiness, and tenant requirements to ensure successful project delivery and store openings.

Review and provide input on layout plans, space utilization, merchandising strategies, and tenant mix planning.

Identify and recommend suitable brands and tenants to optimize occupancy, traffic, and commercial performance.

Analyze occupancy trends, tenant performance, market conditions, and competitor activities to support business improvement initiatives.

Coordinate leasing-related activities, including tenant pipeline management, brand replacement planning, and occupancy forecasting.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business analyses for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
Background in Architecture will be an advantage.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, retail business, shopping mall operations, leasing support, or related fields.

Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to travel and work at assigned projects occasionally to support project coordination and operational alignment.

Good command of spoken and written English.
