Leasing Team Leader 3

Job Purposes

Drive leasing performance for community malls by securing quality tenants, optimizing tenant mix, and maintaining strong tenant relationships to achieve occupancy targets and support long-term business growth. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential tenants to offer retail space in community malls, including negotiating rental terms and closing leasing deals.
• Manage lease renewals and maintain occupancy targets through effective negotiation and strategic tenant retention.

• Continuously improve tenant mix to enhance the community mall experience and support long-term business growth.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with tenant partners and distributors

• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Tenant Services teams to optimize zone planning and merchandising mix aligned with customer profiles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in retail leasing, sales, or business development.

• Experience in retail or community mall business is a plus and will be specially considered.

• Excellent negotiation skills and a result-oriented mindset.

• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Passion for community retail and awareness of lifestyle and consumer trends.
