Leasing Team Leader 3

Job Purposes
Drive leasing performance for community malls by securing quality tenants, optimizing tenant mix, and maintaining strong tenant relationships to achieve occupancy targets and support long-term business growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential tenants to offer retail space in community malls, including negotiating rental terms and closing leasing deals.
- Manage lease renewals and maintain occupancy targets through effective negotiation and strategic tenant retention.

Continuously improve tenant mix to enhance the community mall experience and support long-term business growth.

Build and maintain effective relationships with tenant partners and distributors

Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Tenant Services teams to optimize zone planning and merchandising mix aligned with customer profiles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in retail leasing, sales, or business development.

Experience in retail or community mall business is a plus and will be specially considered.

Excellent negotiation skills and a result-oriented mindset.

Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
