Job Purposes
Lead commercialization strategy and revenue growth by driving sales performance, optimizing asset utilization, and developing new income streams through strategic partnerships and thematic initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets aligned with overall business direction

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize space utilization and maximize revenue opportunities

Manage key clients and lead end-to-end sales processes, including negotiation and deal closure

Identify and initiate thematic campaigns/events to generate new revenue streams

Drive sponsorships, booth sales, and partnerships with key accounts

Ensure alignment of client requirements with internal teams for smooth execution

Monitor revenue performance and oversee financial tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles (preferably in retail, property, media, or event-related industries)
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing key accounts
- Experience in driving revenue initiatives (e.g., campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships)
- Strong commercial mindset with good understanding of business and revenue drivers
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a target-driven environment
