Job Purposes

The Branch Commercial Agent is responsible for supporting marketing commercial sales & operations and driving business performance within shopping mall. This role coordinates with tenants, partners, and internal teams to execute promotional campaigns, enhance shopper engagement, and support revenue growth. The position also monitors commercial performance, supports tenant relations, and ensures smooth execution of branch commercial activities in alignment with company objectives and brand standards. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform sales & marketing activities of online and onsite media, event sales to achieve sales and align with CPN branch achievement

• Control creating and presenting branch marketing campaigns, events, tourist campaign, and relevant sales promotion activities

• Coordinate with tenants to set strategic directions and business plans for marketing event development to enhance brand images of branch and tenant shops

• Collaborate with partnership in business model development and sponsorship acquisition to manage and develop events and campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales & marketing, Media sales, Event sales or Commercialization

• Good understanding of retail business, tenant management, and commercial operations.

• Strong negotiation skill and driven to achieve business goal

• Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong focus on delivering results

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of Thai and English is preferred.
