Housekeeper Team Leader 1
Job Purposes
Manage housekeeping staffs to control cleaning operations following standards and manual to ensure effectiveness and efficiency aligning with approved budget
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage manpower appropriately with work and responsibilities, including emergency and specific operations to support the organization
- Monitor cleaning internal and external buildings to follow the standards and manual
- Make record of disbursement for departmental equipment and hygienic materials to maintain in appropriate quantity and prepare for use effectively
- Control maintaining tools and equipment in good condition to prepare for use
- Provide coaching and training to housekeepers to ensure understanding and skills for operations, along with create motivation, good attitude, and teamwork skill
Qualifications
- Compulsory education certificate with 1-3 years of responsible experience
- Have knowledge and skills in cleaning
- Have planning and communication skills
- Be patient and honest
- Be responsible and enthusiastic
- Have service mind
