IT Product Team Leader 2

Job Purposes

Manage and develop website operations, product delivery, and digital assets, including supporting a detailed roadmap around IT ambitions and coordinating with teams of new digital product development, in order to ensure customer satisfaction when interacting on the website to create brand awareness and great customer experience aligning with organization’s goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to the development of website operations and digital products, along with new product delivery within budget and time constraints
• Support in making a detailed roadmap and timeline planning for website operations and product development, in order to create strategic website operations and product roadmaps
• Coordinate with the project owners and cross-functional teams of new digital product development to create mutual understanding on each project expectations, processes, standards, and solutions
• Monitor gathering important information, such as sales promotion from marketing team, to deliver updates on website to satisfy the customers
• Control making summary reports of overall IT product development operations to propose to the supervisor
• Provide coaching and recommendations to subordinates to improve skills in work
• Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
• Understand IT development process
• Have good computer skills especially in specific programs:
  • Adobe, Photoshop, AI
  • HTML5, Java Script
• New coming UX-UI language and application language on both of iOS and android
• Have good Thai and English communication skills
• Have good skill in management
• Be able to coordinate
• Be creative
