Head of Non-Food Partner Management 1 (Finance & General & Office)
Job Purposes
Develop and set up plans, strategies and policies about overall leasing in terms of researching and managing suitable tenants for a defined targeted market, to support sales operations effectively, aligning with business plans and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and set up policies, strategies, plans, and processes for leasing, including annual budget, to achieve and exceed sales, productivity and profitability
- Plan and oversee all aspects of leasing, including determining the needs and living standards, and presenting available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials, to attract short-term and long-term suitable tenants
- Manage providing information on all aspects of properties including expansion, zoning, and crime, to provide support and navigation of property market to tenants
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals to support leasing operations effectively
- Review rental application data and personal references to ensure effective completion of leasing
- Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations
- Evaluate reports to summarize overall leasing to improve team performance
- Keep up to date with property market status to apply in leasing operations and improve performance within the team
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years of responsible experience in related field and 5-7 years of team management Have problem solving skill
- Have communication and negotiation skills
- Be able to coordinate and multi-task
