Guest Service Agent (GO Hotel Khon Kaen)

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage room assignments, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Guest Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving basic complaints, and offering recommendations for local attractions and services.
  • Reservation Handling: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel?s reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Grab & GO Station: Responsible for inventory and replenishment items of Grab & GO and daily Sales report (F&B) on their property.
  • Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Cash and Report Handling: Perform daily cash handling, billing, and end-of-shift reports according to hotel procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related hospitality field
  • Have communication skills, including English skills
  • Have good and tidy personality
  • Well enough of service minded, problem-solving skills, and good human relations
