Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for operations and services in food courts under responsibilities, and maintain food court’s revenue and profitability, in order to support food and beverage operations, satisfy customer expectation, and achieve goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement direction to lead overall food court operations to follow policies and procedures and ensure effective operations
  • Monitor and manage shifts for food court staffs to ensure effective F&B operations at the assigned outlet including cleanliness, lighting, music levels, repairs, etc.
  • Respond to customer complaints fast and accurately to satisfy customers efficiently
  • Provide supervision and coaching to food court staffs to receive sales slip reports and declare tips appropriately
  • Understand and maintain the highest quality of food and service level functions within the outlet under responsibilities
  • Monitor making summary reports of overall food court operations and expenses to propose to the direct supervisor and improve staff performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have outstanding guest service skill
  • Have organizing, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills
  • Have communication skills
  • Have great problem-solving skills
