Job Purposes

Personal Assistant & PMO to Asset Director with proven experience supporting C-level executives, managing complex operations, and coordinating multi-million-baht projects. Trusted liaison with strong stakeholder management, delivering strategic support in fast-paced environments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Asset Director, managing complex calendars, prioritizing engagements, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple shopping mall assets (Local & International Malls)
  • Act as a strategic PMO partner, overseeing asset-related projects across the shopping mall portfolio, ensuring effective tracking of timelines, budgets, and deliverables to support commercial performance
  • Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives and key projects. Ensure smooth communication flow between the GMs (Local & International) and all stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews, highlighting performance insights and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor project progress and asset performance, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities, with strong follow-through on action plans
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, ensuring agility, strong coordination, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Executive Assistant, PMO, Project Coordination, or Asset Management roles, preferably in shopping mall, retail, real estate, or developer businesses.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or management-level stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of shopping mall operations, asset management, commercial performance, and cross-functional business processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
