Business Operations Lead

Job Purposes

This role is accountable for driving Central Pattana’s operational and commercial execution within the Nexus JV, ensuring that partnership commitments are delivered through effective tenant engagement, cross‑functional coordination, infrastructure enablement, and governance discipline. The role serves as the primary operational interface between CPN, Nexus (JV), and tenant stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Driving tenant adoption and commercial performance by supporting JV sales efforts, coordinating tenant outreach, tracking conversion pipelines, and ensuring consistent distribution of Nexus materials across Central Pattana shopping malls.
• Supporting tenant success and value realization by helping translate Nexus analytics into actionable business insights, preparing clear performance analyses, and reinforcing the commercial value of the platform to tenants.
• Coordinating closely with Leasing teams to integrate Nexus into new lease and renewal processes, organize regular joint sales discussions, identify high‑potential tenants, and ensure timely sharing of tenant contacts and follow‑up actions.
• Facilitating infrastructure and mall access by coordinating technical space, system installation access, and internal approvals with Building, Engineering, IT, and mall operations teams, while acting as the single point of contact for on‑site execution.
• Ensuring data access and compliance alignment by supporting camera data access arrangements and coordinating any required approvals in line with CPN’s internal policies.
• Managing governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment  by providing regular updates to CPN Alternative Investment and the JV Board, escalating cross‑functional issues early, and supporting internal alignment on communications related to the JV.

Qualifications

• Central Pattana internal employee with hands-on experience in Tenant & Retail Business Partnership, Leasing, or Partner Management functions, and demonstrated exposure to multiple properties/malls
• Proven track record of cross‑functional coordination, working effectively with Leasing, Building Operations, IT/Network, and Legal teams to drive execution and resolve dependencies
• Representative of Central Pattana in external and JV environments, able to engage partners professionally while balancing internal priorities and partnership commitments
