Business Development Team Leader 1
Job Purposes
Control the operations of analyzing and developing growth opportunity for the organization in both domestic and international new business channels, including providing support to plans and directions establishment, new business methodology design and implementation, risk management, possibility assessment, and strategic partnerships management, to align with organization’s goals and objectives effectively
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Control accumulating, verifying, and analyzing financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential business partners, or other business opportunities to provide accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions.
- Monitor documents and materials preparation for meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners accurately and appropriately for external distribution.
- Involve in conducting market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities.
- Coordinate with related functions to support organization’s growth and business plan
- Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
- Control making summary reports of overall business development to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of the team
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
- Have great knowledge in business development
- Have good computer skills
- Have communication skills, both Thai and English
- Be analytical thinker and business savvy
- Have interpersonal skills
