Job Purposes

As the Head of Experiential Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the physical and emotional experiences of our commercial spaces. This strategic leadership position requires a creative visionary with a strong background in design, architecture, and a deep understanding of how people interact with and experience built environments. You will lead a team of talented designers and other professionals to ensure our properties provide unique and engaging experiences for tenants, visitors, and the community at large.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive experiential design strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to integrate experiential design into the broader business strategy.
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, and other professionals
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creative thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide direction and guidance in the conceptualization, design, and execution of commercial spaces to create memorable and impactful experiences.
  • Ensure that designs align with the brand identity and vision of the company.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the design process.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, understanding their business requirements and tailoring designs to meet their expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of experiential design.
  • Develop and manage budgets for experiential design projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in design and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within experiential design, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful experiential design projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, architecture, and the commercial real estate industry.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
