Building Maintenance Team Leader 2
Job Purposes
Implement property management plans and directions to monitor building maintenance, including inspecting equipment and performing any repairs or preventative maintenance as required in the building or areas under responsibilities, to support business operations effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement plans and directions to monitor and manage preventative maintenance and basic repairs in the building and areas under responsibilities to support organizational operations effectively
- Lead diagnosis and key solutions mechanical issues in the building or areas under responsibilities following the orders to support building maintenance operations
- Inspect premises and equipment to solve, improve, and maintain in good condition
- Monitor repairing machines, equipment, or structures to facilitate building and maintenance operations
- Coordinate with related functions to provide support, advice, or problem solving to support organizational operations
- Take care and advise maintenance staffs to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
- Have experience in precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
- Be able to use common tools
- Be detail-oriented and time management
