Job Purposes
Drive, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the shopping mall's objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the shopping mall's objectives.
• Ensure consistent branding across all channels and communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the shopping mall's brand image.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and sales promotion.
• Plan and execute promotional events, sales, and campaigns to drive foot traffic offline online.
• Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets and influencers.
• Manage press releases and media coverage for the shopping mall.
• Work closely with leasing, operations, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in business marketing or related fields.
• Over 5 years of working experiences in marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Good interpersonal and Positive thinking, self – motivated, team player and ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines.
