Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and develop marketing activities and communication programs for shopping Center
- Manage all marketing activities and communications including event management to increase sales revenue, brand awareness and customer experiences
- Provide strategic guidelines on the effectiveness of marketing, digital, advertising and communications programs
- Direct and oversee the design and development of customer data management such as customer analytics, personalization and performance reporting to deliver business intelligence activities and initiatives
- Develop marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
- Work closely with commercialization team in identifying new business opportunities and commercial innovation to fulfill financial target and maintain existing clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, communications, and event management roles
- Strong understanding of communication concepts and practices involved in PR and digital marketing
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Good interpersonal and Positive thinking, self - motivated, team player and ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines.
